Welcome back everyone!

I hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!  The children have worked hard these last couple of days and are ready and full of enthusiasm to learn about Planet Earth in our topic this term.  I am already very impressed with the facts they could tell me.  Homework and spelling lists will be given out next week.  This half term is a topic focus for homework, so the children will be provided with a list of activities to complete in any order they choose.  There is also a slight change to the way I am conducting spellings.  This term, the children are going to be learning each list for two weeks.
