week ending9/6/16

We have a beach in Treetops! We have started this term by building a beach in our role play area, complete with a boat. We have learnt about lighthouses and have printed our own pictures of lighthouses. We have started to find out about creatures that live in the sea and started reading the book Commotion in the Ocean. We have spent a lot of time looking at jellyfish. We have made jellyfish pictures counting their tentacles. Reception have worked on doubling numbers.
