week ending3/2/17

Wow we have done a lot this week! Otto's horse came to visit on Tuesday morning and we found out all about how Otto looks after him and how he rides him. On Wednesday Tiffany brought her dog to see us.

We have worked on measuring how tall or long things are this week. We have ordered objects in height order so they look like steps and then started using non standard units to measure all sorts of things. We have measured our shoes and lots of things in Treetops. We had a lot of fun measuring each other and on Thursday we measured Ben to see how tall he is! There are lots of photos in Treetops of all our measuring so please come and have a look. As part of our measuring work we have also estimated and counted.

We have worked hard on our writing and letter formation aswell!
