Week ending 26.1.19

This week we have worked on Cinderella. We have re-told the story, written about the story, role played the story and done lots of lovely art work about Cinderella. We have had a lovely time playing with our new castle and prince and princess dolls. 

We have made magic wands like the Fairy Godmother and we all talked about what our magic wishes would be if we could use our wands. There are some photos on the wall in Treetops.

At Forest School we looked at the winter trees and learnt about all the different parts of the trees. We found out how charcoal is made and drew winter trees with charcoal. Our lovely tree pictures are up in the cloakroom.

We have worked on our counting and number recognition skills as well as more and less. 

On Wednesday we had a lovely time playing in the snow.
