The Sun Has Got His Hat On!

Wow!  What beautiful weather we have been having lately.  The sun has certainly been shining for us which means lots of time spent in the garden.  I hope you have all been having lots of fun in the sunshine.  Have you had your paddling pools out?  We have ours out and Jacob has enjoyed 'swimming' in it whereas I just like to dip my feet in it (its a little bit too cold for me!)  Sunshine and warm weather also means ice cream.  Who can tell me their favourite flavour and toppings.  I can't eat ice cream anymore because I'm lactose intolerant but in the good old days I loved a Mr Whippy with a flake and raspberry sauce .

I'm sure you have all enjoyed having a week off from your school work.  Back to it now but don't worry it wont be long until its the summer holidays and you can have a break again.  The last few weeks ahve been very strange for all of us but I  can tell you now you are all superstars and are doing great. (That goes for your parents too.)  Keep up the good work.

P.S I made the blondie it was amazing a little too amazing as I couldn't stop eating it.  I didn't take a picture as it all fell apart when I got it out of the pan!
