Sports event

Although we have sadly been unable to have our usual Sports Day event, with parents for an audience, for those children who were lucky enough to be in school today we tried to create a sports event this afternoon.  Mr Harrison was brilliant and organised some wonderful socially distances races and the children remained in their own groups rather than be mixed in teams as usual.  No trophy and no overall team winner, but lots of fun, stickers and ice lollies!  They all had a lovely time, including the children from Treetops, and the sun even shone on us for a while.  

It is such a shame that our usual end of year events have had to be cancelled, but we are trying to make some memorable events and activities that are fun for the different groups of children to participate in with their friends over the next week or so.
