Return of Year Six
Date: 15th Jun 2020 @ 7:54pm
It was great to have most of Year Six back in the classroom this morning and they really impressed me with their sensible and mature attitude to the changed situation and arrangements in school. They accepted the new rules and procedures without complaint (although understandably still being disappointed at being unable to go to Conway!)
They got straight down to work on Maths, Literacy and Topic work, and although brains seemed a little slower than usual, we got a lot of work done. Hopefully, those members of Class Four who are not in school are going to work well alongside us, completing their work through emails and the website. (Thank you to all those parents who came along so promptly to pick up the book to work on.)
It is good to be back to something near to normality. Thank you for all the support which parents have given (and are still giving) to the children.
