This is a quick re—cap for the children about addition - recording a number sentence and  working it out with fingers or counters. You just need a dice, some counters and pen and paper. The children can also work on their numeral formation and recognition. You can extend the activity by putting bigger numbers on the dice or by using 3 dice.
