London visit 2

The second trip was just as exciting as the first, and this time we did the tour in reverse, as there was a technical hitch on the Tube! 

They all took the change of schedule in their stride, and soon got immersed in the art in the Tate Modern, holding lots of very earnest conversations about what all the paintings and sculptures were about. The experience certainly was quite unexpected from their ideas of what an art gallery was.

St. Paul's still remained the favourite experience, and the sheer scale and architectural beauty of the building are difficult to put into words - although we will try, back in school!
