Liverpool Philharmonic trip

We had a fantastic time with the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra today.  The theme for the day was 'The senses' and the session took the children through a variety of pieces which illustrated how music linked to this.

They had also pre-learned a Jack Prelutsky poem which had been set to music, with sign language, and it was quite a sight to see the whole auditorium performing this together.

They thoroughly enjoyed the trip, listening to the orchestra, and performing themselves,
