Class Two News

The children have had a very exciting first week back. 

Firstly, we welcomed our new student Mr Thomas. He is travelling to us from Anglesey each day, so parents may not see him in the morning, as he has to arrive and leave slightly earlier due to his hige commute. He says that we are completely worth it though and has praised children and the whole school community for the extremely warm welcome he has received. 

On Thursday, we celebrated World Book Day. Helen Stewart joined us for a whole class assembly and then told a story to each class. Class Two were absolutely spellbound in our session and again Helen praised the children for their amazing listening and participation. At the end of the day, the children created book characters from potatoes, photographs will follow. We had The Gruffalo, Tracy Beaker, the three little pigs, Supertato to name a few.
