Class One Week ending 11.2.22

Its nice to be back! We have had a wonderful week in Class One, we have been learning about fractions and finding halves and quarters.

In literacy we are really working hard on handwriting and using ambitious vocabulary in our writing. The children have been planning to write letters to Hermelin about the objects they have found. We have had lots of discussion about the character Hermelin and the layout of letters.

In Science we have finished our topic on materials and we are starting to look at plants and flowers. The children have been working very hard this week- well done!
