Class Four - week ending 29th April
Date: 2nd May 2022 @ 10:42am
This week, Year Six have been busy, revising some maths areas for their SATs in a couple of weeks' time. We have learned about estimating and measuring angles and considered some of the properties of shapes.
We continued our learning about the Tudors by researching and discussing what Tudor people wore and the differences between the rich and the poor. Our artwork developed from learning about shading techniques into using pattern work to also create light and dark effects.
Many of the children are continuing to show interest in working in the garden, weeding paths and vegetable beds, as well as planting tomato plants and pumpkin plants in the greenhouse.
