Class Four - first week back

It was lovely to have the whole class back in to school this week.  They have all settled really well, and adapted calmly to any new changes which have had to be made to procedures.  Sitting in pairs and facing forwards in the classroom seems to help concentration and after the initial first day excitement of seeing each other and catching up, we have got down to work quickly.  We have already identified some handwriting and spelling issues which we will need to work on, but all seem willing to work and do their best.  I look forward to our first full week next week, and getting started on our topic of the Ancient Egyptians.
