Week ending 3.5.24

This week we have talked about what floats and what sinks. We experimented to see what objects floated and sank and why. We talked about different types of boats and designed our own. We have made our boats and are going to sail them this afternoon. 
We have made the most of the sunshine and done lots of work in the garden - one of our activities was to recognise a number and carefully collect and count daisies and dandelions.

We have talked a lot about feelings and how to tell if someone is feeling happy. We made paper plate faces and matched them to our expressions. It was fun!
