Thanks you to everyone who came to our Gruffalo stay & Play on Thursday. We had a lovely time making salt dough Gruffalo faces, Gruffalo masks and delicious Gruffalo crispie cakes with purple prickles, poisonous warts and orange eyes! We played some games on the Gruffalo website too.

This week Reception children have made story maps for the Gruffalo, we made a big one with Nursery too. We have told the story of the Gruffalo, using our maps.

We have done lots of counting and sung lots of number rhymes. Nursery have played with the Gruffalo and sorted for size.

We have also worked on recognising and writing our names - using silver pens and lots of lovely sparkles.
