Week ending 21.6.19

Date: 21st Jun 2019 @ 1:22pm

We had a magical time in the woods yesterday. We went out in the rain and sat on our logs in the really long swishy swishy grass. We held out our hands to feel the rain, listened to the rain on our hoods, closed our eyes and stuck out our tongues to taste the rain. The grass was so long that we could hide in it! We collected different types of grass and stuck them onto cards. They looked really pretty. We cut the grass too, not with a lawnmower though, we used scissors! We had to concentrate!

We had fun making fish out of bubble wrap and had a go at using it to print. We made beautiful pictures.

We have carried on working hard with our numbers and phonics - we’re working very hard!
