week ending 16/10/15

We had a lovely day in the forest yesterday. The Stickman workshop with the Forest Explorer Rangers was perfect. We made Stickman and his stick house. We also used clay to make Stickman a friend. After lunch we went to find the Gruffalo - and we did!

Earlier in the week we have talked about Autumn and went on an Autumn walk on the field, looking for lovely leaves. In Treetops we used chalk pastels to draw autumn leaves. We also went into the woods to find sticks - we used some wool in autumn colours and wound it round the sticks. They look lovely hanging from our ceiling.
