French directions!

Over the last couple of weeks, Class Four have been concentrating on learning about following and giving directions in French.  We have watched a video, translated the script, drawn simple maps and worked out how to give directions.

Today, the class worked with partners to conduct short conversations, one person acting in role to ask directions using a map, and the other answering and giving the directions.  It was tricky at first, but they are certainly getting better and pronunciation is improving too!

The partners then conducted their conversations in front of the rest of the class.  We have some good linguists developing, particularly Felicity, Evie, Thomas and Sami.
