Autumn fruit and vegetables

Over this half term, children in Class Three have been creating their autumn pictures of harvest fruit and vegetables.  After researching some simple illustrations, they practised their own drawings, then enlarged them and drew them with thick black marker pens.  After that, the lines were outlined further using white acrylic paint.

Oil pastels were used to colour them and ink was washed over the whole picture.  This used a resist technique and has resulted in some great pictures.
