A great start!

Our new class of 27 made a really good start this week, showing enthudiasm and determination to get down to work.  We began our science topic by looking at the life cycles of some amphibians, including axolotls; maths included work on rounding and place value; we reviewed some understanding of nouns, adjectives and adverbs, and began our fascinating discussion about humanism in RE.

I am very please thateveryone settled down so well, and look forward to next week when we will begin our Victorian study before our residential in Ironbridge.
